The patient form you must fill out online has too many invasive questions. All you need is my medical my doctor's name and that's it I'm the one paying the bills. You don't need to know if I'm a transgender from gay or from sexually and all this other stupid stuff you asked. Shame on this doctor for being like this. That is terrible. I have my own primary doctor on text. I believe in modern stuff. I don't believe in doing your paperwork.

Though the eye doctor wasn't one for small talk, he gave me the Best exam I ever had. And his staff is knowledgeable and patient, Beverly did my pre exam, and she explains everything to you. Thank You Beverly ! You're Great !!!

Very unprofessional including the doctor had me sitting there for 20 mins just to tell me that the doctor said he wasn’t going to see me and I had to reschedule. The lady was rude. Then I had to wait another 10 mins just for a CSM. Just terrible the store and the vision center. All they employees need to be retrain and learn some customers service skills
