I had called and made an appointment and they asked me if I had insurance. I told them who I was insured through and nothing else was said about it. Cut to the day of the appointment and I was asked to give them my insurance card more than halfway through my exam. I then finished my exam and was told my insurance was not going to cover the exam and that I would have to pay. I told them I felt that was deceptive business practices.
Had I been informed the day I made the appointment, I would have found another provider. I feel like I was forced into finishing the exam.

The patient form you must fill out online has too many invasive questions. All you need is my medical my doctor's name and that's it I'm the one paying the bills. You don't need to know if I'm a transgender from gay or from sexually and all this other stupid stuff you asked. Shame on this doctor for being like this. That is terrible. I have my own primary doctor on text. I believe in modern stuff. I don't believe in doing your paperwork.

Though the eye doctor wasn't one for small talk, he gave me the Best exam I ever had. And his staff is knowledgeable and patient, Beverly did my pre exam, and she explains everything to you. Thank You Beverly ! You're Great !!!
