I have been going to Shear Excellence for years. I have watched as Bridget grew her business from a 3 stylist staff to the amazing salon it is now. She has nurtured and guided her staff to offer top of the line services with 5 star service. Hayley is exceptional! She convinced a 40+ year old woman who had never colored her hair to trust her...it was the best decision I have made to date with my hair. She takes my teens ideas and makes them mom approved. Every time she turns her chair to the mirror, my daughter screams "I love it"! I love seeing the associates in training become big city stylists in a small town.
