If I could leave negative stats I would. Absolutely horrible. Front desk receptionist was Extremely rude!! Can’t do there job will talk over you and get hateful and nasty if you try to ask questions or answer there questions with an answer they don’t like. Drove over a hour to get there only to walk out I didn’t even get seen. Worst experience ever. I would rather drive over 2 hrs to a different doctor.

I was delighted to see Heidi Haisley, OD today, she is the best Optometrist I have ever seen! Her attention to detail and examination skills are above and beyond and really shows she cares about what she does for the customers. I seen her at her previous employer and was sad that they lost her. Luckily for me I went to Quincy Medical Group for this exam and found her once again. I look forward to my next visit with her and the Quincy Medical Group

Said my insurance only pays every two years. That though I have two insurances they are the same and they are state insurance. It’s fine though I’ll go elsewhere. Pamela Hirst

Dr. Haisley is a fantastic provider. She takes time to explain what she is doing, and she really listens to my own goals for my care. I am incredibly happy to have her as a partner in my eye care.

Dr. Haisley provided great care during my eye exam. She was thorough and listened to my concerns, adjusted my prescription and I am no longer experiencing headaches or eye fatigue. I am a new patient and would not hesitate to recommend her to others looking for a provider.

Professional, kind and caring. Got in a bit early that helped.

Super rude receptionist. Only a couple of minutes late and heard them talking about my fiancé who was the patient, even after calling to tell them that she’d be late by a couple of minutes.
