Working with Melissa was such a great experience! Before my appointment, she had me fill out a form and asked questions about my preferences, which I really appreciated. I’ve honestly never had someone take the time to care the way she did beforehand, she really made sure she understood my hair and what I wanted to achieve.
I have curly hair, and she’s super knowledgeable about how to care for it and walked me through each step as she did it during the appointment. I enjoyed learning more about products to better suit my hair needs and I’m excited to keep going back. I’ll definitely be recommending her for years to come!

I’ve been a client of Melissa’s since moving to Quincy 5 years ago. I was in her salon today and had my usual shampoo, cut and style. Quite unexpectedly she gave me a very personal and well thought out Christmas gift and card that was very relative to me. She knew earlier that I was feeling troubled about recent health problems of mine and of my long time companion dog. She spoke to me with words of encouragement and sympathy.
