At 48, I had reservations about joining Gracie Barra but the staff and other members of Gracie Barra Quincy welcomed and have shown me that age is just a number. I had shoulder issues, which are becoming less and have gained a huge amount of confidence. Everyone is eager to work with you to learn and strengthen you and the group.

My son started Jiu Jitsu in Quincy 2 months ago and the growth I've seen him make is tremendous! The staff and professors make a point of greeting him personally and pushing him to be his best on and off the mat. I HIGHLY recommend Gracie Barra Quincy!
