We had a large concrete surface that was uneven and different shades of concrete were used. Not cohesive at all. I contacted Area Homes Services. We had an estimate done promptly, estimate done immediately, and a date for service was less than a month! The finished project exceeded our expectations! Professional workers, great attitudes and skills to do an outstanding job. I’m checking out all the home improvement jobs they can do. We contacted AHS for a quote on building a back deck for us. Bob was prompt in setting up an appointment and very helpful in suggestions to the plan we had in mind. He sent us two quotes actually, one closer to our price point and one that was what we really wanted. We were very pleased with the work and professionalism of Jason & Justin. Even with making a plan change after seeing the layout, the team was great to work with. They made sure the area and our yard was cleaned up and all materials disposed of or taken with them. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.Service: General construction

Job: replacing all wood under treads for Deck Staircase; make steps safe for use again. Text communications were excellent from start to finish. A 2-day project under unfavorable weather conditions, but the repair guys worked diligently, were on time every time, kept me informed, and got the job done (which of course required a bit more elbow grease than originally expected). We would recommend Area Home Services for the projects that “need to get done right” when homeowner lacks time/ability to do them.Service: Home maintenance & repairs
