Very professional and efficient… they took the time to teach me about my thermostat and make sure I understood what I was working with… Jamie and Kurt are top notch!!!

I would recommend them to anyone. Affordable, timely and get it right. Jamie was friendly, wrote us a free estimate for our furnace/AC install and he was open for questions even after install. Service was great. Workers kept me informed so I could still run my business even during install day. Everything here looks, feels and sounds great

$165 for a 2nd quote on a unit and another $3 invoice for giving a quote?!?!?! This company is a joke and is scraping the barrel for money right now. They weren't event hired yet and still sent a bill. No notice, no work done, here 5 minutes, just ripping people off. And customer service was the worst I've seen in and HVAC company. Don't waste your time or money even getting a bid.

Had my seasonal maintenance on my furnace done. The furnace was working prior to them showing up, was working when they were here. He put it all back together and the blower fan refused to shut off. Turned off thermostat and everything and stayed running. He comes back out, informs me the control board was fried and they would replace it for $549. Spoke with the owner himself and he explains that it's an old furnace and these things happen. Said he would come out and see what he could do. Does not tell us he is installing the part until afterwards and proceeds to tell me he will work with us and we can do payments after he has already installed it. 2 weeks later they have to come back out to tell us it was fried again. We ended up just buying a new furnace and found someone else to install it. Paid ahead and they did not respect the value of their customer to make it right.

New Years Eve 2022 I had a Pressure switch go out on my furnace. I had diagnosed it myself but did not have a part to replace it.Doubting i could get it myself on a Saturday. I called the afterhours weekend hotline and a very polite repairman called me back right away, I was told there was an after hours charge of179.00 plus parts, payable at the time of service Which I was comfortable with. he gave me a couple ideas which I had checked with no luck, so we set a time for him to inspect. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable. He concurred with my assessment and even got the switch to work while he was onsite. He said that it sounded slow to click over and recommended replacement in which I agreed. It could work for a while or quit the next time the furnace needed to start. Since it was a holiday weekend I asked him to replace the part. He had to go back to the shop to retrieve the new part. Upon arrival he told me the part price for the day was 321 dollars. I asked if he was certain and he was. He told me It's Monday through Friday price was 281.00! I found the same part online for anywhere from $34 to $160 (same part number) Depending on the website. Because it was a holiday weekend and I had no other good alternatives, I agreed to pay for it and told him I would share my thoughts on a review. $179 for a weekend call is reasonable but a $50 mark up for a part that is all ready at best 100% marked up or at worst 800% marked up ( I'm not sure what their wholesale cost is) I was mortified to write a $500 check for what I would surmise is a $50 part and 1.5 hr of work.(most of that time was going to get the part). Supply and demand I guess but, Buyer Be ware! I would Study your parts lists and costs on bids and hope that you don't have to use the after hours service!Service: HVAC system repair
