BUYER BEWARE - Company ran off with $3000 security deposit and NEVER did the work. No one will even answer my emails or phone calls.

BUYER BEWARE! Company promised to complete porch job in 2 weeks. Paid $3000 security deposit and didn't hear from the company for weeks. Many texts/emails go unanswered. Finally, get an install date after repeated requests. Then, they reschedule the next day due to an emergency, and no call/no show on the rescheduled appointment the following week. Permit never obtained from the city. Haven't heard from them since. Mailed voided contract and demand letter for payment. It was returned because the company's address listed on the contract was incorrect. The job was never completed; it's been months. Still waiting to hear from the company.

I asked several contractors for quotes to build a deck. I have found that some businesses never reply. Vladi, with Titan V Porches responded to my request for an estimate in less than 24 hours, and came to my house for a consultation the very next day. First of all, he showed up on time. He listened to my design ideas and he offered his professional opinion. Another company tried to persuade me to not get a permit and construct the deck in a cheaper way than what was required by my village.
