I highly recommend Midwest Shotokan both for adult and children practitioners. I've been a student for around a month, and I'm very grateful for the warm and welcoming vibe, and the personalized attention to help me sharpen my technique and catch me up to the rest of the class. You and/or child will progress in your goals as an individual and as part of a community with strong values.
My son has been attending this dojo for a couple of years now and loves it. The monthly cost is reasonable and it's been amazing to see his progress over the years. It's a very positive experience for all skill levels. Sensei Veronica is terrific. If you're searching for a karate dojo look no further then here!
My children have been attending this dojo for a few years now and absolutely love it. They’ve grown so much in their karate practice and continue to learn new skills each week. The dojo itself is always clean and welcoming, and the environment feels very positive and supportive. Sensei Veronica is amazing—she’s incredibly patient with the kids and you can tell she truly enjoys teaching. I couldn’t be happier with the experience my children are having here!
