Duct Professor was the lowest of 3 quotes for a water heater replacement and they had high reviews so they were the logical choice. Turned out to be a great decision and the high reviews are understandable. Requested a quote online and got an immediate call from Michael. He was a clear communicator, easy to deal with and replacement was set for the next morning. Kevin and Jima showed up on time and after a quick look around got started replacing the water heater in a tight space. They were fast, efficient, friendly and clear communicators. They were a little slow to respond initially, and then a little slow to get out to do the work. However, once they were here, the work was excellent, and I felt like I was in very capable hands.
The new boiler they installed was fantastic the guys did an awsome job. I would recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. They also did my cooling system in 2022 works like a charm.
