After I was in her chair, she took the time to ask me what I wanted, as far as highlights and a haircut. She offered me some suggestions when I asked. I was offered a snack and a drink, which was a nice touch! Madi was very easy to talk to and really took her time—she was thorough with both my highlights and cut. My hair turned out amazing! I highly recommend!“

The salon was spic and span. He is thoroughly skilled in every step of his process from wash to blow dry to straightening. I knew he was talented when he pulled out the Marcel Irons and the stove. “I initially went to the appointment expecting my bra length-long curly hair to be cut into a long 90 style Bob on top of the shoulders. I had a lot of frizziness and some breakage so I was open to going very short. My stylist Rachel G. cut it perfectly and at first I was a little stunned at how short my hair was and I was freaking out. But I am so glad Rachel cut my hair. She did an amazing job. Gave me an amazing silk press. She was super gentle. Super personable. I love my hair. A week later my silk press is still intact. The frizziness is gone. I booked a 1st time, last-minute, emergency appointment and was accommodated quickly. I was initially given one appointment time, and on the day of my appointment, it was moved up by 30 minutes, which I greatly appreciated.

When I arrived, my hair was started immediately. If you've ever gotten braids before, you know how rare that can be! There were very few distractions, the salon was very clean, and she was professional throughout the entire appointment.

When my braids were finished, I wasn't covered in loose hair, nor was there hair inside my clothes—which, if you've had braids done before, you know exactly what I'm talking about! The price is right too!
