“Visited Great Clips for the first time a few days ago and first off, salon is immaculate and contemporary. Staff were professional, upbeat and friendly. Felt welcomed! Lala was my stylist and am sending her a big hug for the awesome cut I received. Hadn't been to salon and came in for a pixie cut. Consultation was thorough. I described my vision and she tweaked a bit. The end result is amazing! Perfect pixie, easy to maintain, falls into place on days I want wash and wear hair but can add products and vamp it up. Highly recommend salon and Lala. Already looking forward to my next visit.”

After I was in her chair, she took the time to ask me what I wanted, as far as highlights and a haircut. She offered me some suggestions when I asked. I was offered a snack and a drink, which was a nice touch! Madi was very easy to talk to and really took her time—she was thorough with both my highlights and cut. My hair turned out amazing! I highly recommend!”
