I've lived out here for years. Nice and quiet community. I have wonderful neighbors. A great place for new families or 55 plus. We help the elderly shovel in the winter and mow in the summer. People out here are truly respectful and friendly.

Haven’t lived in our trailer too long our heat yet again isn’t working and we have kids smh and not only that but our trailer doesn’t have a title on file but they are still renting it out and want us to pay full rent for it

Coming to this community was an awesome experience. It was so beautiful and they made it very easy to apply. The home that I moved into was beautiful and all concerns were addressed promptly and expertly. Would recommend!
