Vet did not make eye contact and had no answers for us and ran no tests. Took her to Hillside Animal Clinic 2 weeks later and she had lymphoma. Vet seemed as though he was ill or on drugs. Since then I've spoken to two other people that had seen him and they said they thought he was ill or on drugs also. I'd never take another one of my animals to him.

I had to put my companion dog of 13 years to sleep and the people of Creekwood are the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. They latter sent me a card signed by the staff which made me cry so hard that they cared so much. I would highly recommend Creekwood for all your animals needs.

Terrible customer service. I made an appt for a first time visit for my dog and was told that I had to make a $50 down-payment just to book the appt. Then I tried to cancel the appt but each time was put on hold for long periods of time. Since I was at work I was unable to continue holding. When I finally got thru, I spoke with the lady and she said I would receive my refund in a few days. One week later I still did not receive my refund so I again had to call several times before being able to speak with someone only to be told that I would not receive my money back due to me not canceling before 24 hrs. First, I had been trying to call all week, secondly, it was never explained to me whenever I did inquire about it before making the deposit. Allmi was told was that it would be no problem. Such poor customer service and I didn't even have any services completed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Shame on them for taking advantage of people, just to make a buck.
