Wonderful experience. I received a same day appointment for a non-emergent issue. Samson was treated with care and given lots of attention. Everyone was wonderful, taking their time giving full explanations, and sending us home feeling confident following Dr's instructions he would be quickly back to normal.
We appreciated the candid conversation about our babies situation. We felt heard and saw the care you took with Portia. We were glad to see the health over the bill mattered more. The honesty with the costs and weighing the health situation were a pleasant conversation. Glad to see it wasn't this is the bill or there are no options. Happy that it wasn't a one way or the highway situation. We will be back for future visits with all our babies! Highly recommend to our friends and family. Thank you sooo much for such a better vet visit than what we have been experiencing!!
Highly recommend! I took my cat there for the first time earlier this year when she became sick, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Plummer was incredibly attentive, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and made me feel like my cat’s health truly mattered. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine care gave me so much peace of mind. I’m very grateful for the excellent care we received and would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinarian who truly cares.
