We knew what features we wanted on a car but didn't have a specific make or model in mind. Our salesperson (Trent) listened to what we needed and found the perfect car for us. We showed up after supper in the evening and they helped us find a car and we drove it home. Thanks Trent and Heller in Pontiac. 😊

What a great experience. Buy a car online long distance isnt comfortable but Jeremy and the team at Heller Motors made it so. They were honest and transparent about the condition of the used vehicle, 0ut new brakes and ties on it because it needed it, before sending it to me.
Would work with them again without hesitation.

This was my first time in about 15 years purchasing a vehicle from Heller Motors. Both my mom and I have had terrible experiences here in the last. However, I reached out to Justin Greenwell because I have been looking for a 1-Touch Jeep for years. I finally found one on their website and it was a fresh trade-in. Justin reached out to El Paso immediately and put a hold on it so it couldn't be sold. Justin kept me updated every step of the way while the vehicle was going through service. I'm not always the easiest person to work with as I've been working in some aspect of the automotive industry for several years. Justin was so beyond patient and understanding throughout everything. I would hands down buy a vehicle from him again. I absolutely LOVE my Jeep and it wouldn't have been possible without him!

My fiancé and I were working with Heller motors with a salesman by the name of Justin. My fiancé was so indecisive with what he wanted and there was so many changes but during that time Justin and the staff at Heller motors were always professional and patient! ALWAYS! After 4 different vehicles, a multitude of different numbers and deals through the bank due to vehicle changes from my fiancé, we finally were able to get my fiancé to agree to a vehicle in which he was extremely happy with. The pictures online DID NOT do this vehicle any Justice. It was so much more amazing in person. His eyes lit up from the sight of it. The process was smooth and not only that they were able to get the monthly payments low how we wanted them and it included GAP coverage and a 4 year warranty. When I tell you Justin was the most patient, understanding, and helpful salesman we’ve ever worked with, I mean it. He is no-nonsense and he KEEPS IT REAL! No sugarcoating! So if you’re looking to buy a vehicle from Heller motors ask for JUSTIN, he gets the job done just how you want it!
