Every visit I get an excellent cut by stylists who are pleasant, courteous, & great at their jobs. They ask questions making sure they know what I want done. They immediately greet customers politely & with enthusiasm.
On Friday, March 28, 2025, I went to Great Clips for a haircut and to get my layers fixed. There was an older blonde lady who styled my hair, and she did such a nice job—I really liked it. About a week ago, I went back to Great Clips, but I didn’t see the same lady. I thought, OK, this will be fine, and I walked out, but I wasn’t very pleased with my haircut. I hope I can find the blonde lady again! I don't remember her name, by the way.
Yesterday afternoon I had a haircut by Mo I usually don't put reviews but I felt like I had to review this it was the best haircut I have gotten in years by anyone she took the time to fade my hair to evening and It could take a couple passes but the time and detail she put effort to get it best looking possible was worth every penny I am definitely going to be returning thank you very much Mo.
