I needed new conduit ran from my breaker box for a deep freeze. After the initial estimate, Cody came out and promptly got the job done in about an hour and a half. I can't express enough how knowledgable and professional he is. Not to mention their receptionist Carla. Her professionalism and great demeanor really helped when calling to schedule for Cody to come out. All around great experience!

I cannot express how amazing these guys are. From experience, professionalism, timeliness, & respect, to absolute perfection these guys are top notch! So much so that after inspecting their work a member of the City was compelled to shake their hands. As if that weren’t enough, after learning that the work needed stemmed from a house fire and was not covered by insurance and other struggles I face, I’m told that they extended a very generous discount as shown on the billing statement. Durham Electric is amazing! Derick is the electrician who did most of the work on our home, though each person he ever had here with him to help was also awesome. They were able to get started right away and work around some of our odd conflicts like having the hardwood floors redone in the middle of their job. Derick gave us an incredibly specific breakdown in the estimate which was helpful. He was very communicative with us, he was open to our priorities, and he was flexible. Derick did the work fast and well. He is friendly and was always kind to our young children.
