I can't say enough about how nice and helpful the people here are. Moving here from Chicago I had no idea how to manage/navigate my water softener. They educated me and even add the salt in for me. Excellent customer service! They go above and beyond. I appreciate them ?

After living in our residence for the past year my wife and I were experiencing dry itchy skin and our clothes were dingy. Plano Softener Services tested our water and recommended we install a water softener. We also chose to install a whole house filter. Our problems were solved overnight. Great service at a very fair price. I highly recommend this company for your water needs.
