We have used New Way cleaning for our carpet cleaning for over 20 years and Kevin has always done a great job for us. He is professional, friendly, helpful, detail oriented and has reasonable rates. My wife will not allow anyone else to do the carpets in our house. Our confidence in Kevin is now shared with my daughter who has used New Way for her cleaning. No need to call anyone else.

If looking for a very professional, yet personable company...LOOK NO FURTHER! We have used this cleaning service for years & so have my parents! Both owners are GREAT! We usually deal with Kevin mostly though. He is a prompt professional person. He does an amazing cleaning job on our, "toddler-stained carpets!" This toddler pretty much runs the household and the carpets show this, first-hand!! Kevin is very knowledgeable and discusses everything prior to doing the job, so there is no surprises. He even responded to my "911 help this blueberry stain," the other day! You can tell he truly cares about his clients and their families. You aren't just a job/number to him! I truly recommend this company to ones seeking cleaning or restoration work. We haven't used them for restoration, yet I would feel extremely comfortable in hiring them for this too. Care, Cleaning & Customer Service...win a 100% from us! Plus they never comment on my MESSY house! Ha! :-)
