Frequent deliveries reveal that trailer parking can be tight, often requiring drivers to flag down yard jockies to move trailers that are parked too close together. This can cause delays and frustration, as it’s difficult to crank the landing gear or maneuver between trailers. Better parking system and spacing are needed to make the process smoother for drivers. The center allows for overnight parking, with plenty of space available. Unloading times are usually around 2 hours, and there are no washrooms on-site. Overall, the facility is viewed positively, with helpful staff and efficient check-ins, but some improvements in trailer parking could enhance the experience further.
Very nice workers and respectful. Fast unloading it took them 2 hours. Better than most distributions.

Not too hard to get to. Too close to Chicago though. Good room to maneuver. Drop & hook pretty simple except they make you cut your own seal using their bolt cutters, which were nearly as old as I am. Had to take my angle grinder to the thing.
The office people and the forklift drivers were very good people to deal with. 3 hours to unload shingles and then reload a grocery list load. They do have overnight parking there.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the security guard at the entrance was deliberately trying to start a fight on my way in and out. If they don't get that guy under control, he will do it to the wrong driver and that guard will leave in an ambulance.
