“AMAZING can certainly sum up working with Collegiate Landscape, Inc! We have been dealing with all types of contractors for literally 10 years straight and he is the FIRST and ONLY one I can honestly say was a complete pleasure to work with. By far the best contractor I have ever personally dealt with! Not only was Mike and his crew's work beautiful, they were responsive, communicative, professional, gave advice on areas we had concerns with, and more importantly ON SCHEDULE as promised! The list goes on and on. I first reached out to him in June of 2022. Upon my first call for a quote he was up front and honest telling me his schedule was 2 weeks out for quoting. He was there as stated 2 weeks later. When he arrived he took a couple hours going over every aspect of what I wanted. He was clear that the quote would take him another 2 weeks. As promised the quote arrived and he was up front about being booked out until October. This was all well and good with me as we had to get things in order for him and I asked that I be first in line come spring. We took the winter months to choose colors, pavers, etc and met again in January. We were told we would have our project started 1st week in May. He again kept his word and started working that week with a 2 week timeline. I am pleased to say he has completed everything ON TIME even with some work being added and minor changes made. I'm also happy to report that they did show up every single day, at the same time, and with the same crew for the duration of the project. That is rare about any contractor these days!
