There were a lot of extra hoops they had to jump through to coordinate this not only with the client, but also the caretaker for the cemetery.They were incredibly patient, provided really great advice whenever we needed it, and provided and planted three beautiful high quality trees. They were courteous to us and to the cemetery itself.It couldn't have been easy to get into the spots they did to plant those trees without leaving tracks/dirt, etc., on the uneven terrain, but they managed it! The trees are gorgeous, and there's no hint that they were recently planted.The trees were a memorial for my parents, and my parents specified they wanted Figgins Trees to plant any memorial due to their long-time respect of Carl Figgins' knowledge, work ethic, and reputation for quality. “Shawn of Diamond Cuts came to my rescue when my snow removal service didn't remove snow at my investment property in Oswego. When I reached out on Yelp, Alisha from the company called and assured me my property would be taken care of. I then talked to Shawn and clarified my needs and gave the property description. Mind you, all this was happening around midnight! So Shawn plowed my property in the very early morning hours before my tenants woke up to start their day before they were inconvenienced any longer or their safety put at risk any further. “I had some trees that needed to be taken down, stumps ground and a few trees trimmed. I contacted a tree company and they game me a quote which I felt was too high. I then contacted HGTS, being a local company. I talked to Anastasia in the HGTS office and explained what I needed, She said Hugo would be back in touch with me. That evening, I met with Hugo and explained everything. He was very pleasant and professional. He explained how his company would address my needs and gave me a quote. The quote was 1/2 of what the first company gave me.Based on my interactions with Hugo and price, we scheduled the job for a couple weeks later. Hugo and his crew arrived and took care of everything discussed. They were very proficient and cleaned up everything and there was no other damage. “AMAZING can certainly sum up working with Collegiate Landscape, Inc! We have been dealing with all types of contractors for literally 10 years straight and he is the FIRST and ONLY one I can honestly say was a complete pleasure to work with. By far the best contractor I have ever personally dealt with! Not only was Mike and his crew's work beautiful, they were responsive, communicative, professional, gave advice on areas we had concerns with, and more importantly ON SCHEDULE as promised! The list goes on and on. I first reached out to him in June of 2022. Upon my first call for a quote he was up front and honest telling me his schedule was 2 weeks out for quoting. He was there as stated 2 weeks later. When he arrived he took a couple hours going over every aspect of what I wanted. He was clear that the quote would take him another 2 weeks. As promised the quote arrived and he was up front about being booked out until October. This was all well and good with me as we had to get things in order for him and I asked that I be first in line come spring. We took the winter months to choose colors, pavers, etc and met again in January. We were told we would have our project started 1st week in May. He again kept his word and started working that week with a 2 week timeline. I am pleased to say he has completed everything ON TIME even with some work being added and minor changes made. I'm also happy to report that they did show up every single day, at the same time, and with the same crew for the duration of the project. That is rare about any contractor these days!
