We had our HVAC system (furnace, A/C, humidifier, thermostat, electronic air cleaner) replaced in 2023 by Wiesbrook Sheet Metal. Removal/installation was accomplished in one day. We have not had any problems with our HVAC system since. An added bonus is our electric and gas bill consumption has been reduced (who doesn’t like saving money on your utility bill). We purchased their annual maintenance plan (Spring, Fall) that cleans the outside A/C unit, replaces the humidifier and furnace filters, as well as making sure all the other components are working efficiently. Jon I. came out to do winter inspection today and did a very thorough job! We have 3 furnaces and he was very detailed with each one. Replaced one ignitor at discounted rate because we buy the discounted seasonal visits ahead of time. Well worth the savings. And Weisbrook knows the history of our furnaces and air conditioners, as well as the warranty information !
I do look over the checklists they give me and Jon's was extra detailed -which I appreciated.
