Horrible customer service. I would not recommend them doing any type of work for you. They tore up my yard while ripping out my concrete. When I asked them if they were going to fix what they destroyed I was told no they are not liable and that it was in the contract I signed. When I showed Doug my contract he said Im sorry. The destruction of the grass is verbal. I asked if he would level out my yard he destroyed he told me he was not my landscaper. He threatened to not finish the job. He told me thay my job wasnt a lot of money and his jobs are 20,000 to 50,000 dollars. I was a paying customer. Worst company! I called to have concrete poured and the guy showed up with Cheeto dust all over his shirt and said I’d have to pay them to restructure my entire deck. It’s your time for sure.

They did not level the patio correctly at all - so the water collected right next to the house. Then, they said they would re-do it and took 9 months to redo the job! They left and went to Florida for the winter and when they got back it was not a priority until August. Then, when they did the job they completely crushed my driveway (it was blacktop) in the process - leaving a huge mess everywhere. As unacceptable as that was, with all that said then they were very rude calling my house and driveway'trash and garbage anyway' which is the reason for this review.Services: Concrete leveling
