Da’ Veta was so amazing for coming in on a Sunday! She is also the kindest person you could ever meet! She also explained all of our options in detail, and was always upfront and honest even if it wasn’t the best news. And she was so sweet to our girls I can’t thank her enough. She is truly the best!
During a recent intense rainstorm, I had the impression that my main sump pump system was either not working or was not working at full strength. Fortunately, my backup system did work, but I called TR Miller, and arranged for an inspection of my sump pump. That inspection took place today. Communication was excellent as always. i received several texts throughout the day. that I was on the schedule and then I received texts and a phone call that a tech was available to dispatch to my location. Francisco did a fantastic job. He was professional. He kept me thoroughly informed. Answered every question patiently and made sure I knew what he was doing and why. He was here for over 5 hours. Thanks to Francisco, I can do my laundry and dishes for the first time since Thanksgiving. I’m so very grateful. (He’s also good with dogs :-)
