Ty came out to my home late afternoon on a Friday and inspected my roof and two skylights. His assessment was that no work needed to be done at the time, but he highlighted areas where my roof would eventually need work using video he took while he was up there. I was impressed with his honesty. He even went out of his way to reattach a vent that had fallen off of my siding from a storm the week prior.
