I recently had Precision Air replace my 35-year-old HVAC system, and I could not be more impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and customer service.
Sales Process: Ivan was my sales representative, and he was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and never pushy. He took the time to explain my options, answered every question I had (and I had many!), and helped me choose the right system for my home. He also helped me navigate the rebate process and ensured I got the best value. I am getting around $3,000 in rebate from Naperville Electricity, Nicor and Lennox.
