Plainfield Party Rental is amazing! I had stopped in a few months ago to get keys made (yes they do that too!) and they were extremely helpful during that process. I remembered that and I rented a bounce house from them for my daughters 5th birthday. They made the process so easy! They were super professional and very punctual. The prices were pretty good as well! You could tell that they really care about their customers throughout the process and its not just a retail transaction to them! I have used them twice, and I can not say enough about their services. They’re so sweet, kind, and understanding. The response time is quick. This time I used their services for a graduation party, rented tables, games, bounce house, tables & they made this graduation party so enjoyable. They have everything you can think of. Everyone had a great time. I’d definitely recommend them !

We rented from Plainfield Party Rentals for a work event. I loved that I could get everything I needed in one place. April and the team were excellent in communication and keeping us updated on when the team left their facility and when we should expect them to set up. Using this business made our lives so easy for the day of event. I will be using them again in the future.
