Staff was friendly. Quick delivery (next day) available which was a surprise, however, the delivery fee was almost as much as the firewood itself. This was our fault as we did not ask ahead of time the cost for delivery but, didn’t expect it to practically double the total cost. If we use this company again we will definitely pick up the product ourselves. Most pieces of wood had areas that were visibly wet. Tried picking out what we thought were the driest pieces to use in our fireplace that day but still had moisture and were hard to keep lit. So you will have to dry it out a bit on your own & isn’t necessarily delivered dry.
Eli was friendly and helpful. We purchased a delivery of 2 different mixes of stones to complete a dyi river rock bed. Red Flint are the larger stones. The AM Heritage is the smaller stone. Roughly a little over $200 (est 1.5 tons) with delivery and sales tax. Delivered on time. We had enough for the full abundant look we wanted and additional stones to landscape our diy firepit.
Ely is the MAN! He loaded a HEALTHY full face of mixed in the back of my pickup with a front end loader. I couldn't believe his precision as I'm just waiting for my back window to be broken with the wood pieces dropping. No way, not by Ely! The wood is fresh, clean and seasoned properly. The price was right and with the $10 off coupon from clipper it was a no brainer to shop here. Ely also took the time to educate me on how to identify what types of wood were in the mix and also gave me some great ideas on another project I'll be coming back here to get the materials for. His ideas will save me a ton of $$ from what I was originally thinking to do. Thanks... read full review
