I called before I went because the salon I normally go to closed mid September. She called me and walked me through her process and even her education because I didn’t know you don’t need schooling to be a groomer. Went for the first time last weekend and she was so sweet and personable. Tracy cared about the personalities of my animals and learned to know who they are to support their cuts. It was such a different experience. I’m glad I found someone that loves what they do.

We’ve had Tracy groom our Cavalier for several years now and have always been extremely happy with her service. Piper loves her too. Moving to NC and want to take her with us.

Went here for the first time today after seeing people on Facebook talking about it & after a recommendation from a good friend. It was a last minute appointment as we just found out our dog is having surgery on Monday. They were super accommodating & friendly. Kristi did a great job! We'll definitely go back!
