My older washing machine’s lid lock broke, causing the wash cycle to sometimes stall out and not finish. Through a search, I found Felske HVAC & Appliance Repair. They were not only conveniently located near my neighborhood, but also able to come out for a service diagnosis pretty quickly. The part was ordered and replaced and my old washer is working once again, saving me from purchasing a brand new unit. Thank you Jerry F!

Great service, and integrity. Jerry came out and was honest that one of our kids pokemon sleeves was blocking the drain. He quickly removed it and didn’t suggest more work than we needed. Trust is important, so we will be calling them again, just hopefully not anytime soon. Thanks Jerry!
