This place has been an amazing experience for our family. Since starting ABA therapy, my son has made so much progress. The team is incredibly understanding, patient, and always willing to help. We feel supported every step of the way and couldn’t be more thankful.

I’d like to share my experience as I go:
After filling out a form online, I received a call pretty quickly to speak further about my child. The lady I spoke to was from headquarters in Georgia. It was an onboarding process where they asked some questions that were pretty straightforward about my son’s behavior and personality. After that call, I simply forwarded my son’s diagnostic report. I also called this establishment to ask about the schedule and the woman was so kind. I’ll update after our assessment call, and hopefully, my child’s first week :)

I am writing this review because it has been 5 months since my family have been with BYS Tinley and I wanted to show other parents how amazing this place is! Our 3 year old daughter started care there in November of 2022 after a new diagnosis of autism from Rush with little to no words and tantrums left and right. As a family and with her as our first child, we had no idea how to control her behaviors. We live in Indiana and we could not find the help we needed. I started looking in Illinois and found BYS from a former high school friend who took her child there. We now travel 1 hour daily to and from BYS Tinley and we've never been happier to travel! Within the past 5 months, our daughter has decreased maladaptive behaviors, increased speech (~75 words!!), and fell into a nice routine with her therapists. I really felt hopeless last summer and now I can confidently say my child has really learned so much there and changed her behaviors for the better! I truely recommend this place for ABA, Speech, OT, feeding therapy etc. because all of their services have helped my child! Our daughter is so happy to see her therapists daily. We also meet with the BCBA's monthly to track her progress and to address anything that has popped up AND we get daily reportcards on what happens with the therapists. Shout out to her team who also answers all my late night texts and appease my daily worries: Lori, Lexi, Alyssa, Ginger (who treats my daughter like a legit granddaughter), Quaylin, Nisreen & Julissa! Thank you for all that you do for our family!!! We really appreciate it.
