Our networking equipment went down last night due to a power outage, and when we came into the office this morning, we could not get back online. Almost simultaneously as we reached out to BKS about the issue, they were contacting us because their continuous monitoring platform told them there was an issue. They came out right away, and within an hour, the damaged switch had been replaced, and we were back online. The fact that the people who came out were BKS's Senior Engineer, Matt, and Director of Client Success, Ryan, showed us that we were a priority to them. Thank you, BKS, for taking great care of our network and IT needs!
BKS is always up to date on the latest techniques and trouble shooting computers. they always have a solution for us to keep us running and Cyber security training is very good.
