Above and beyond without these guys we would of last of dog and her puppies we had an emergency c section showed up at midnight of course called before and immediately was met with compassion and respect they went above and beyond and tonight I was able to take all 7 babies and momma thank you so much

Was after hours ( 4-7am on a Saturday) for an emergency C-section for our frenchie furbaby. They were so kind and professional. Knowledgeable and kept us updated through out the procedure. Highly recommend them. We had 1 puppy survive and sadly 1 didn't make it do to not being able to get to them quick enough and the 1 puppy was stuck in the canal. Grateful we didn't lose both.

Price gouging your customers time and time again is not ok. Charging so much for simple things and charging fit in fees when it was just a regular appointment. Paid on my bill early with cash and before due date to get told I missed my payment and charged more money. I was hung up on and when asked for a copy of my vet records it said I cussed them out and hung up. Didn't hang up because they hang up on me when they realized they were wrong. They then added my amount to my next bill without mentioning it at all. Not getting any help from your vet of over 5 years is just crazy and to get constantly over charged. Do not go here unless your loaded and want to get over charged at any and every turn. How about some compassion and not being greedy....esp when customers come from Springfield the way it is and are loyal to you for many years

Heard of this place through a friend. She had to put her companion down due to an aggressive cancer. While I have not used their services, yet, they treated her with such compassion and care during this hardship. They called the next day to see how she was holding up. A couple weeks went by and got the call to pick up the ashes. Upon arrival, they had his little urn and his certificate ready with a hug and tears waiting. In this world full of hate, there's this place with compassionate beings to get you through a rough time in your life. I will be adding my fur babies to their roster soon. Thank you for all that you do for the community.

My dog, Ranger, had a torn cruciate ligament. Surgen replaced the ligament with an artificial one. Going on 4 weeks post op now, and he is healing wonderfully! The staff were so kind and accommodating. They ensured that Ranger was well taken care of and ensured I was well prepared for the aftercare. They were even so accommodating in offering to rewrap his bangdage after i had to cut it off due to it getting wet, but ended up not needing to and i was not charged at all for that check up. I highly recommend Petersburg vet clinic 💜 . They will not charge you unless its necessary and they will take such good care of your fur babies!
