Such a beautiful environment with amazing instructors and students! Jumping back into a yoga class made me a little nervous, then I walked into Tana! Such a warm welcome & an amazing teacher! Thanks for a great class, can’t wait to get back!

Every instructor I have had there I love! They are wonderful, kind hearted, well educated, sweet, and helpful. They challenge you but teach modifications, no judgements, it’s your practice. The peace and restoration I feel there and when I leave is just incredible. Thank you!
