Technician was Awesome. Very understanding, pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. Was great at letting us know what he was doing step by step and made suggestions for planning in the future. Wish I had been using them sooner.

I needed a new kitchen faucet and turn offs on the lines. Zach was the technician and was well versed in his profession. My outdoor garden faucet was repaired as well. The work was done cleanly and he was courteous and polite. I will continue to use B&D for my plumbing and other needs. Thank you to the crew at B&D HOME SERVICES!

Came home from a long road trip vaca to a basement backed up with sewage. Frustration anger and exhaustion comes to mind. Gave Mr ROOTER a call. Appointment set almost immediately. The technician explained everything he was doing the cost and a special that it turns out I was interested in. The back up is clear for the time being. An appointment is set for this morning for the camera inspection to see what is actually going on. See options etc. I like that the upfront pricing most of all. I am on a fixed income so every dime matters. If I need to adjust for repairs I like to know exactly what I'm getting into and what I am going to get. So thank you. Time will tell
