The specialist, Adam, came out did his inspection, decided what he is going to do, and what equipment was needed as I asked if he could make the outside spicket set solid. The very next day, he completed it in no time, and added a inside shut off for the winter months, along with the winter cap for added protection as well. His professionalism and obvious knowledge of his job, made for a good experience. Thank you very much. Mr. Rooter was great. After 2 days of hubbie trying to unplug kitchen sink, we called Mr. Rooter. They were very professional and were at the house within hours to help. Nathan was a very personable, professional young man. He had the drain unplugged within 10 minutes. It saved my husband many more hours of frustration. Just wished we had called you sooner. I got a service from them today. The plumber that came his name was Kodi! The man was an absolute angel, understanding patient took his time to make sure he did the best of his ability to help me with my problem. Was super affordable and they came super fast.I called them yesterday and by this morning, I was already getting service.Would highly recommend!
