The windchill was negative 40° outside on a Sunday when my heat went out at home. From the time I first picked up the phone to call for service panicking, to the time a technician had my heat running again was less than 90 minutes. Cost was reasonable and fair. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I could not have asked for better service. Thanks, you guys really helped me out! 10/10 would happily use again in the future.
We were in need of a new gas stove for my kitchen. Don the store manager was very knowledgeable about the different name brands of stoves and answered all our questions that we had. He offered us a great price and that day our stove was delivered to our home. The installers Joe and Jack were very friendly and professional with the installation of our new stove. All in all we're very pleased with our experience with John's Sales and Service.
