they did the complete opposite of what i wanted for my nails even when i corrected and showed an inspiration picture. the nails on my right hand are longer than my left and when i asked for a nude color that went with my skin tone they did bright pink instead. very disappointed.Service: Acrylic nails

Got my nails done for the first time about a month ago. Everyone seemed nice but the guy who took me completely ignored how I wanted my nails and kept trying to convince me to get them done another way. He also kept acting agitated due to being tense. I have anxiety and this was my first time so of course I was tense. I love how my nails turned out but I won’t be returning to this salon.Service: Acrylic nails

The lady who did my pedicure started by scratching my legs with her nails which was what I assume could be an attempt at a massage? She scraped underneath my nails to what it seemed as far back and deep as she could go. The water I had my feet dipped in and the lotion which would be used on them had the option to be scented. There was a few options and I chose the Jasmine scent. Later the scent of Mangos is brought out?? I’m not sure if there was a communication issue because the Jasmine bottle is white and the Mango bottle is very clearly orange. The nails came out okay in the end but it’s not all about the final product but the experience to get to the final product.
