The woman who owns this business is the sweetest!! Our cleaners closed in Princeton so I brought shirts over here. The owner created me with a smile and gave me the details on when I could pickup the shirts. It was a two day turnaround on the shirts . That was quick enough. The price was fare! We will be back!!

I'm getting married soon and my mom unfortunately passed away. My sister had our moms wedding dress in her closet but unfortunately delt with a house fire that left all of their clothes (including the dress) smoke damaged. I brought my mom's 45 year old wedding dress to family pride with smoke damage, old deeply set in stains and heavy yellowing and they reassured me they would take great care of it. it's never easy to let any of her possessions go but by the time I left it there I felt so comfortable and confident it would be handled with the respect it deserves! a few days later it was ready for pick up and when I say it looked incredible, I mean truly... read full review

They washed my blanket that should have been dry cleaned and ruined it. But they made it right and covered the cost of the new blanket. The down comforter came out perfect. Will definitely use them again.
