Great care people. Management isn't great at scheduling caregiver employees. Phone communication is a problem. Actually, communication in general is a problem. But the people are nice. They try.

Addus is to help my sister twice a week but most time she has to call they never call her they say they will but don't today a complete no show halftime she has to beg for someone to show up

i work at Addus where the ceo makes a cool million a year... We have a union and i get a shiny cool nickel every year as my raise. From 2010-2014 the top executives received an increase of 400+%. My nickel a year comes out to 0.005. i just got back from our 'service meeting/christmas party' where we were paid minimum wage,had to bring our own presents to trade with each other. We did get some fried chicken(free) but we had to bring our own side dishes to also share with each other. Our supervisor's boss was there to tell us how much we were appreciated as she gave out 1 candy cane to each one us. When i got mine, someone said; 'yea, my first christmas... read full review
