So grateful for Edgar's help with AC unit not working. He was very thorough and so polite and respectful of our home as he went in and out.
We left a message last night late & received phone call early to schedule repairman. AC is working well and we are so grateful. Highly recommend this company.
The Tech was on time , he had begun working on cleaning the a/c unit before I arrived and finished cleaning it before I arrived. He installed my own new filter for the unit that I purchased . He was very detailed about what was going on with my a/c unit . He was also able to share with me some a/c units the company had for sale on his cell phone , and was very precise with the time frame of delivery and time frame for a new install of a new a/c unit when I'm ready to purchase.
Professional and friendly. Excellent service. Will use again in spring for AC check up.
