My truck blew a turbo on a country road. These guys went above and beyond getting me a turbo. They drove 2 hours to go get one for me and dropped it off to my location and then made 2 trips back to their shop to get me a few small items that I needed. My truck broke down at a mill and I called literally every single service shop within a 50 mile radius and bauer was the ONLY place to answer my call and agree to come take a look. Jeremy went above and beyond to get me rolling again, he spent literally the entire day working on getting the issue fixed in the cold. It proved to be a challenging diagnostic affair, with a computer related repair being the culprit and when the issue was isolated he allowed me to roll with to his shop to relax so he could finally get some lunch while my puter was reprogrammed so I wouldn't have to freeze in my dead truck.. Merle will stand behind his work, and he will go out of his way to keep a customer happy. His rates are very reasonable and he works hard to get you in and out of his shop quickly. He's "old school".
