Emilie, the owner, was happy to accommodate my daughter's request for 1:1 sessions for 3 weeks during Plank's busiest month of the year. Yes, January. Emilie scheduled and rescheduled until she built the perfect schedule. Gill, the instructor assigned to my daughter, is a ballerina and has a vast knowledge of how the body works beyond the stringent study for her Pilates reformer certification. Gill is a stickler for form and technique, which helps prevent jury and ensures the client gets the results they are working for. She was able to accommodate the request to not increase arm muscles, shrink waist and tighten up the hips. Gill is also fun and charming. Big thank you to Emilie and Gill.
