Very prompt response, on time and quality work would def recommend to any of my friends and family thank you guys for everything you do, had a bad heat exchanger when the heat exchanger came in mind you this takes some skill and hard work one guy came in the morning about 4 degree weather had it in before noon and working we were impressed because we know what it takes to do something like that it’s not easy most company’s will say you need a new unit.
I’ve used TSI for routine repairs/inspection of my furnace. Heath is extremely knowledgeable and pricing is very fair. Because of the service they’ve provided me, they were the first ones I called when my parents furnace went out in the middle of the winter. I’m extremely thankful for how quickly Heath responded in this emergency.
Had issues with my geothermal unit not turning on and freezing up. Called TSI and had someone out immediately. Excellent customer service, very polite and respectful. Diagnosed bad compressor and defective sensor. Ordered parts and installed as soon as they were available. Got everything dialed in and back up and running quickly. Excellent workmanship, left no trash, and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely continue to use this company in the future! Bills were mailed promptly and were very reasonable. Great company and employees!
