Isaac was very comfortable to talk to and ask questions. He explained what he was doing and what to expect. He was very professional and had a great knowledge in what he was doing. The carpets looked and smelled very nice. This was the first time we've had our carpets professionally cleaned and this will not be the last. I would highly recommend this product and service to others.
The gentlemen that came today did an excellent job, were courteous and I appreciate what they did. However I did notice a problem on one of my vertical blinds. Somehow when my table leaf was leaned against the blind a small hole was tore in the material. Even though it is an older blind, I will have to figure out how to repair it.
Our carpet cleaning experience today was top notch. Not only were they able to get us in the same day, both technicians were courteous, professional, and well-trained. They knew exactly how to get a few tough spots out and our carpet looks and smells amazing! Thanks so much!
