They used a hydro-jet method to clean out an underground drainage tube from my downspout. They were extremely helpful and did great work. They even worked under difficult circumstances when we discovered a bunch of wasps in my back yard. The poor worker got stung while working and he kept going while one worker was on wasp watch with my can of wasp spray. Thanks so much to their efforts and hard work!!
I was very impressed with Parker. He diagnosed the problem and realized that what was originally diagnosed was not the issue. In the process, he saved me $800 when, as an absent landowner, I never would have known the difference. Great job, Parker!
Can’t believe how quickly my problem was finally remedied with the aid of the skilled plumbers that came out to my home to find the clog that I knew existed within my home. After dealing with a previous company that failed to take my suggestion, thus keeping a clog drain from draining. A friend suggested I called Roto-Rooters, they came out almost immediately and I finally got my plumbing problem resolved by a technician who listened to my suggestion. Now I finally have a main drain with flowing water and zero water backing up. I wish I had called them first and saved myself months of water problems.
