5 stars for customer service, 5 stars for technical instruction, 5 stars for experience. Emilie, the owner, was happy to accommodate my daughter's request for 1:1 sessions for 3 weeks during Plank's busiest month of the year. Yes, January. Emilie scheduled and rescheduled until she built the perfect schedule. Gill, the instructor assigned to my daughter, is a ballerina and has a vast knowledge of how the body works beyond the stringent study for her Pilates reformer certification. Gill is a stickler for form and technique, which helps prevent jury and ensures the client gets the results they are working for. Both facilities are clean and welcoming. Instructors are well trained and take care to discuss any physical challenges (injuries) that each client may have and will modify exercises so clients still benefit/improve.
