I have been going to this Clinic for a year now. I had heard horror stories about the VA/ have a few medical horror stories from active duty of my own, so I was anxious about what it would be like. I have always been pleasantly surprised in all of my interactions with them. The professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness of the staff is unparalleled.
The people there are always courteous respectful and helpful there are times I’ve had to wait but that’s no different than any other medical facility that I use. I really appreciate having a facility like this that is close to my home Thanks to everyone that works there.
Well, what can I say I've been going to this facility on a regular basis now for about 5 years and overall I do enjoy the service I get for the most part!! I still think there needs to be a better review of my care's core essentials but I'll just work on voicing that in 2024!! Granted there have been some characters working there-luckily most are gone-and there are still a few who need to realize there roles and expectations to their duties but it just comes with the territory these days!!
